Upper Deck
The Upper Deck company came into being in 1988 when granted the license to produce Major League Baseball Product. In February 1989 the first case of Upper Deck Baseball went to the market .This product sold out midway through it's first year.It's 1990 product actually sold out before the season even began.
In 1990 Upper Deck became the first card company to be granted a license for the four major united states sporting leagues. It know had a license to produce trading cards for the
MLB ( Baseball ), NBA ( Basketball ) , NHL ( Ice Hockey )
NFL ( Football ).


In 1995 Upper Deck produced it's first Racing Product.

In 1996 Upper deck became the first company to introduce swatches of game used materials to it's Basketball product. The Game Jersey card as born. In 1997 it expanded this product to it's baseball lines.

In 2005 Upper Deck won the auction for the liquidation of Fleer Skybox international one of it's biggest competitors.

Upper Deck still today produces product across these three major leagues plus also for the Major League Soccer.

In 2008 Upper Deck retired it's original green diamond logo from it's product.
